Job Description

• Oracle Fusion (Includes environment setup)
• Micros/Symphony POS systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect – Supplychain Systems focusing on end-to-end solution architecture for a large program to integrate POS system (Simphony) with Finance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution architecture, integration design, and a deep understanding of the hospitality/retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the overall solution architecture for large hospitality/retail programs, including POS (Simphony/others), Finance, HR, PMS (Opera).
• Create High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD).
• Design interfaces for data exchange between Fusion and third-party systems.
• Conduct regular reviews and obtain sign-offs with client Principal Architect & Architecture Forums.
• Create detailed technical specifications, data flow/mapping, and integration plans for finance, invoicing, and ordering systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams, hotel operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including architecture diagrams and process flows.
• Manage transition states where both old and new POS solutions coexist seamlessly.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solution designs.
• Have experience in POS solutions and integrating them with finance systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, preferably in hospitality or retail industry.
• Proven experience with SCM integrations & implementations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Skills

• TOGAF / similar certifications.
• Proficiency in Supply chain & Procure to Pay workflows.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations and end-to-end data flow design.
• Experience in building scalable system designs.
• Experience in creating solution documents, integration design documents, and presenting to architecture review boards.
• Understanding of hospitality industry standards and compliance requirements.
