We are looking for a Solution Architect who can work closely with business and technology teams to deliver architecture solutions within one or more workstreams of the program.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Design and implement architecture solutions aligned with the company's overall technology strategy.
3. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
4. Work with engineering teams to ensure solutions are delivered as designed and meet business needs.
5. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Promote innovation and best practices in architecture and technology.

Skills Needed:

1. Strong expertise in solution architecture, focusing on applications and integration.
2. Deep understanding of technology from a capability perspective, with the ability to rationalise and simplify.

4. Ability to engage with engineering teams and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with all levels from junior engineers to senior management.
6. Strong consulting and relationship management skills to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
7. Ability to craft a compelling narrative that aligns enterprise strategy with practical implementation.
8. Fluency in financial and commercial topics, with the ability to connect business and technology strategies.
9. Experience or interest in the insurance industry and its future trends.
