What can you bring to Banham?

As a Solution Engineer, you will be instrumental in implementing, customizing, and supporting third-party applications such as IFS Field Service, Sage X3 ERP, and related solutions vital to our Finance and Operations success. You will collaborate closely with Technology Project Managers, Business Stakeholders, and our Engineering & Support teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of these technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Requirements Development: Identify and analyze complex business needs with Technology and senior Finance/Operations stakeholders. Design strategic technology solutions and develop detailed technical specifications for FSM, PSO, and ERP enhancements.
• Solution Architecture and Implementation Oversight: Configure and customize platforms, implement and manage integrations with CRM, eCommerce, HRIS, and Supply Chain systems. Ensure data integrity, system stability, and effective communication of technical updates. Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, training, and documentation.

Professional Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in technology development/engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and database management.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders.
