Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Design Engineer (SolidWorks) in Witney to design, develop and document high-performance mechanical products. You will create SolidWorks assemblies and manufacturing drawings, working closely with engineering, production and assembly teams to ensure designs are accurate and manufacturable.

The role offers training, progression, and a 33-day holiday entitlement, with a Monday–Friday schedule, based in Witney, Oxfordshire.

Qualifications

• SolidWorks experience required.
• Experience producing mechanical designs and manufacturing drawings.

Responsibilities

• Produce designs, assemblies and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.
• Support new product development, design updates, GD&T and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and assembly teams to ensure designs are manufacturable.
