My client, a leading regional legal practice, is looking to recruit an Employment Law Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to join an established and growing employment team. You will work on a broad spectrum of employment law matters with regional and national clients.

Job responsibilities:
  1. Managing your own caseload and meeting deadlines;
  2. Assisting partners on complex and high-value matters;
  3. Maintaining good client relationships through effective management and service delivery;
  4. Properly scoping and pricing new instructions with good financial management;
  5. Providing clients with accurate, current legal advice tailored to their circumstances and offering value for money;
  6. Contributing to the development of the team’s business plan and owning the delivery of assigned activities;
  7. Building relationships with peers across the firm.
Person Specification:
  • 1-2 years PQE in Employment Law;
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team;
  • Collaborative with colleagues across the firm;
  • Client-focused, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and valued service outcomes;
  • Effective communicator at all levels;
  • Strong commercial acumen and a desire to grow and succeed with the firm.
