My client, a leading regional legal practice, is looking to recruit an Employment Law Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE to join an established and growing Employment team. You will work on a broad spectrum of Employment Law matters with regional and national clients.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage your own caseload and meet deadlines;
• Assist Partners on complex and high-value matters;
• Maintain good client relationships through effective management and service delivery;
• Scope and price new instructions accurately, ensuring good financial management;
• Provide clients with accurate, up-to-date legal advice tailored to their circumstances, offering value for money;
• Contribute to the development of the team business plan and take ownership of assigned activities;
• Develop relationships with peers across the firm.

Person Specification:

• 1-2 years PQE in Employment Law;
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, flexible, and able to work under pressure both individually and as part of a team;
• Collaborative with colleagues across the firm;
