Our client is expanding and recruiting an Associate / Senior Associate with a strong background in healthcare regulation law. This role offers the opportunity to work with a highly regarded team recognized in Legal 500 Chambers & Partners, with a flexible hybrid working setup.

The team serves clients including:

• Insurers
• Royal Colleges
• Medical / Dental Defence Organisations
• Individual Regulated Professionals

The responsibilities include fitness to practice cases (defending professionals before regulators such as GMC, HCPC, GPhC, TRA, RCVS), MHPS proceedings, Inquests, CQC, Judicial Review, and medico-legal advisory work.
