We are looking for a practical individual to join Talbots as a Solicitor within Real Estate Litigation for our Dispute Resolution Team, with at least 2 years’ experience of Residential, Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes.
As a Solicitor, you will be dealing with a range of property disputes to include pre-action and the service of notices, court proceedings and ADR, whilst managing your own caseload and assisting more senior members of the team on high-value and complex litigation matters.
