Job summary

Achuman Capital is assisting a leading international UK law firm in Manchester to hire an Associate for its Real Estate Finance team. You will advise lenders and borrowers on complex domestic and cross-border real estate financing, including drafting LMA-based facilities and security documents.

The role requires 1+ years PQE, a strong real estate finance background, and excellent drafting abilities. The team emphasizes collaboration, a strong commercial focus, and a supportive hybrid work

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate financing transactions, including cross-border matters.

• Work with major UK and international banks, lenders, borrowers, private equity houses and corporate clients in complex financings.

We are working with a top-tier international UK law firm based in Manchester for an Associate to join their Real Estate Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Real Estate Finance team, advising major UK and international banks, alternative lenders, institutional borrowers, private equity houses, funds and corporate clients on complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions. The team has particular expertise in development finance and acts on significant bilateral, syndicated and structured transactions.

The role will involve advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating LMA-based facility agreements, security documentation and wider transaction documents.

Essential Criteria:

• 1+ years' PQE;
• Real estate finance law background;
• Strong academic background;
• Strong drafting abilities;
