Job summary

Michael Page (UK) is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate in Manchester to support a growing practice. You will handle a broad range of real estate finance transactions for lenders while developing technical expertise and commercial awareness within a supportive team environment.

The role involves assisting on large deals, drafting facility agreements and security documents, supervising junior team members, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years post-qualification experience in real estate finance and/or commercial property.
• Strong technical ability in commercial property and landlord and tenant transactions.
• Demonstrates commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.

Our client's Real Estate Finance team is looking to recruit a talented associate solicitor to support a growing and dynamic practice. This role will provide the opportunity to work on a broad range of transactions while developing technical expertise and commercial awareness within a supportive team environment.

Job Description

As a Real Estate Finance Associate your duties will include:

• Acting on a range of real estate finance transactions for lenders


• Assisting on larger, more complex deals and managing smaller transactions independently

• Supporting detailed property due diligence processes and transaction management


• Supervising junior team members (NQs and paralegals)

The Successful Applicant

A successful Real Estate Finance Associate should be/have:

• Qualified solicitor with minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience in real estate finance and/or commercial property


• Strong technical ability in commercial property and landlord and tenant transactions


• Demonstrates commercial awareness and problem-solving skills


• Team player with strong communication skills


• Keen to develop client relationships and professional profile

• Salary range: £61,000 to £67,000, dependent on the level of experience.
