London Legal 500 Commercial Law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor. You will work closely with a Partner on various real estate transactions, including portfolio acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, and management matters, representing both landlords and tenants.

You will handle a broad range of clients, from international retail brands and property investors to high net worth individuals. Your main focus will be advising commercial property investors and developers on the acquisition, management, and disposal of high-value property assets across England & Wales.

Requirements include an excellent academic record, training and experience at a reputable law firm, and the ability to manage landlord and tenant work for clients with large property portfolios, as well as handling sales, purchases, refinancing, and development projects.
