About your new role
Our national Real Estate team provides a comprehensive range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property to a diverse client base.This role offers an opportunity to join an innovative, high-performing, busy team in a client-facing position. Our focus is on delivering first-class client service.We advise on a broad spectrum of commercial property work including landlord & tenant, sales and purchases, property management, real estate finance/security, as well as corporate and energy project real estate support. Our clients include major retailers, leisure operators, regional developers, funders, renewable energy providers, and healthcare providers. We have been involved in projects ranging from multi-million-pound development finance deals to smaller bespoke ventures.What you can expect in the role:
- Manage your own caseload of Real Estate cases;
- Provide support to other team members and the wider firm;
- Draft and prepare various Real Estate documents;
- Work with internal and external parties;
- Maintain high standards of work;
- Manage your own time effectively;
- Keep case management records up to date;
- Achieve set financial and chargeable targets;
- Adhere to relevant deadlines and quality measures;
- Comply with policies and procedures;
- Contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture;
- Get involved in business development with existing and new clients;
- Potential for personal and professional development, including assisting in English Real Estate matters if of interest.

About You
You will have previous experience and a genuine interest in the above area of work.
We also require you to have/be:
- A qualified solicitor with 0-2 years of post-qualified experience;
- Experience in Real Estate is essential;
- Registered with the Scottish Law Society;
- Good teamwork skills;
- Strong academic and technical knowledge;
- Good IT and typing skills;
- Effective communication skills;
- Good time management and organizational skills;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize;
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and targets;
- A flexible approach.
