This is a rare opportunity for a Real Estate Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join a highly regarded firm that values ambition, initiative and long-term vision.

This is a unique opportunity for a driven and ambitious Real Estate Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to take ownership of their career within one of Scotland's most respected independent Scottish law firms. Based in Glasgow, the role sits within a firm known for its entrepreneurial approach, collaborative culture and commitment to delivering practical, client-focused advice.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a central role in developing the firm's Real Estate offerings. You'll handle a broad and stimulating range of Real Estate matters, including property acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, landlord and tenant issues, development work and property finance.

The position offers the ideal environment for a solicitor with a strong commercial mindset, as you will be encouraged to take initiative, build your own client relationships from day one and contribute to long-term strategic planning. You'll also work directly with developers, investors, business owners and other key stakeholders, giving you exposure to a dynamic and varied client base.

Your Experience

• NQ-2 years' PQE with some Real Estate experience
• Experience handling real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development matters
• Skilled in drafting, negotiation and client-facing communication
• Able to manage a varied caseload with a proactive and commercially minded approach
• Entrepreneurial and motivated to develop your own client base
• Passionate about providing high-quality, practical legal advice and building long-term client relationships
• Comfortable taking on leadership responsibilities and contributing to the growth of the department
