Job summary

DWF Law LLP in London is seeking a solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in Property Damage or related areas to join our hybrid team, working 1x day per week from our London office. You will manage a caseload of property claims and ensure work aligns with SLAs and best practices.

Key responsibilities include risk analysis, prioritising work, and delivering timely results for clients and internal stakeholders, within a collaborative, inclusive environment at DWF.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years PQE within Property Damage or Property Litigations or Subrogated Recoveries.
• Experience handling insurance property related caseloads including third party property damage, product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries.
• Technical expertise and strong interest in Commercial Insurance matters.
• Proven track record delivering results within strict deadlines.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential;

• 1-4 years PQE within Property Damageor Property Litigations or Subrogated Recoveries
• Prior experience handling an insurance property related caseload, including experience in third party property damage, product liability, policy coverage and subrogated recoveries.
• Technical expertise and a strong interest in Commercial Insurance matters generally.
• A proven track record of delivering results within strict deadlines and timeframes.

Desirable;

• The ability to communicate and manage often complex issues for both internal and external stakeholder.
• A self-motivated individual who can also effectively coach and develop others within the team.
• Provide support and act as the 'go to person' for more junior members in the team.
