Responsibilities

• Work on files, drafting letters, collating evidence, preparing cost letters and liaising with medical agencies.
• Prepare scheduling and witness and care statements.
• Conduct matters on behalf of clients in line with their instructions.
• Manage support services, including supervision of Trainee Solicitors and Legal Secretaries.
• Exercise financial control with cashflow management and billing procedures.
• Understand complex negligence claims and legal requirements.
• Provide regular updates to clients on matters.
• Deal with client queries on matters.
• Submit required documents to court prior to trial.
• Collate medical and financial information with accuracy.
