Job summary

Taylor Rose TTKW Limited is seeking a legally qualified professional with strong Private Client Law knowledge to manage own time effectively and meet billing targets. The role involves drafting letters, preparing cost letters, handling new client enquiries and maintaining strict confidentiality of legal documents.

You will attend client meetings, take instructions, and prepare cases, while leading on matters in line with client instructions and supervising junior staff.

Qualifications

• Legally qualified with ability to demonstrate specialist knowledge in Private Client Law.
• Experience using case management systems and high standard of computer literacy required.
• Adaptable and flexible with good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage own time to meet chargeable and non-chargeable hour targets.
• Draft letters, collate evidence and prepare cost letters on files.
• Liaise with new clients and handle initial enquiries.
• Manage legal documentation with strict confidentiality.
• Attend client meetings, take instructions and prepare cases.
• Conduct matters on behalf of clients as instructed.
• Oversee support staff including paralegals and legal secretaries.
