Job summary

Taylor Rose TTKW Limited is seeking an experienced professional to supervise and support the firm's conveyancing consultants and sub-consultants. You will work under the Technical Property Director, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and risk controls while developing strong team relationships.

The role focuses on supervising file reviews, training on firm policies, inductions, and acting as a technical escalation point for consultants within the residential conveyancing department.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of running conveyancing case load.
• Legal knowledge of the conveyancing process and ability to research.
• Strong management, organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent problem solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Minimum 5 years PQE at SRA or CLC level.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day supervision of consultants and sub-consultants.
• Inductions and training on firm policies.
• First point of contact for day-to-day issues.
• Review sources of funds checks for residential property consultants/sub-consultants.
• Monitor file levels and account balances; reallocate files as needed.
• Assist with leaver procedures and reallocation.
• Undertake file reviews including High Value Transaction reviews.
• Ensure compliance with obligations regarding sub-consultants.
• Maintain up-to-date supervision logs.
