Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
You’ll provide quality legal advice to the firm’s clients by appropriate supervision and training and managing your own caseload from the outset. Your goal will be to obtain interim payments where possible, enabling us to facilitate rehabilitation, care packages, and suitable accommodation before concluding the claim. Our team is dedicated to enhancing our clients' quality of life.
You’ll join the Birmingham Team, working alongside Partner Sara Burns, an expert in complex clinical negligence cases. The team exclusively handles clinical negligence claims against NHS Trusts, private practitioners, and GPs. Cases include:
