Your Role and Responsibilities

Our experienced solicitors understand their clients' situations and help them secure the answers and compensation they deserve. Our team handles cases involving obstetric, neonatal, anesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac, and psychiatric care.

Your Responsibilities

You will provide high-quality legal advice to clients, supervise and train colleagues, and manage your own caseload from the start. Your goal is to secure interim payments to support clients' rehabilitation and care before case conclusion. You will work with the Birmingham team, led by Partner Sara Burns, specializing in complex clinical negligence cases against NHS Trusts, private practitioners, and GPs. Our cases include:

  • Cancer Claims
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Fatal Claims and Inquest work
  • GP Negligence
  • Hospital Negligence
  • Pregnancy and Gynaecology Injury
  • Surgery claims

Sara is recognized as a leading lawyer in the region, known for achieving excellent results with a compassionate approach.
