Your Responsibilities
You will provide high-quality legal advice to clients, supervise and train colleagues, and manage your own caseload from the start. Your goal is to secure interim payments to support clients' rehabilitation and care before case conclusion. You will work with the Birmingham team, led by Partner Sara Burns, specializing in complex clinical negligence cases against NHS Trusts, private practitioners, and GPs. Our cases include:
