DWF is recruiting a Solicitor for the Major Injury & Casualty team, primarily based in Birmingham, with flexibility for remote working. You will own your own multi‑track RTA and personal injury files, mainly defendant cases under £100,000, and work closely with insurers and clients.

The Major Injury & Casualty team at DWF is one of the largest in the UK and is nationally recognised. We act for a large number of well-known Tier 1 insurers, many of whom are household names, dealing with complex, catastrophic and large loss claims.
The team is currently recruiting for a Solicitor with a background in dealing with Multi Track RTA cases.
The role will be owning your own cases of Multi Track mainly RTA cases sub £100,000 in value.
The team are based in Birmingham however we can be flexible on location and will consider remote working candidates
