We’re partnering with a leading international legal business as they expand their highly regarded Major Injury & Casualty team. With a strong UK presence and a reputation for excellence in insurance litigation, this firm is trusted by many of the industry's most recognisable names. They combine deep sector expertise with a supportive, people-first culture and clear career pathways.

The team is open to Solicitors, Associates, and Senior Associates with experience in:

• Employer’s and Public Liability (EL/PL)
• Catastrophic injury
• Public sector litigation
• Utilities or water damage claims
• Occupational disease or health-related matters

While based in Birmingham, the team also includes lawyers in Bristol, Reading, Wales, and the North West, and operates a hybrid working model (typically 2–3 days in the office). Applications are welcomed from candidates across the Midlands, South West, and nearby regions.

You’ll manage your own varied caseload or support complex high-value matters, depending on level. The team offers a busy but collaborative environment with realistic promotion prospects and opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.
