We’re partnering with a leading international legal business as they expand their highly regarded Major Injury & Casualty team. With a strong UK presence and a reputation for excellence in insurance litigation, this firm is trusted by many of the industry's most recognisable names. They combine deep sector expertise with a supportive, people-first culture and clear career pathways.

The team is open to Solicitors, Associates, and Senior Associates with experience in:

• Employer’s and Public Liability (EL/PL)
• Catastrophic injury
• Public sector litigation
• Utilities or water damage claims
• Occupational disease or health-related matters

? While based in Birmingham, the team also includes lawyers in Bristol, Reading, Wales, and the North West, and operates a hybrid working model (typically 2–3 days in the office). Applications are welcomed from candidates across the Midlands, South West, and nearby regions.

? You’ll manage your own varied caseload or support complex high-value matters, depending on level. The team offers a busy but collaborative environment with realistic promotion prospects and opportunities to mentor junior colleagues.
