• Role: Family Solicitor
• Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience

We are currently looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join our busy Private Family team. Working in a small but expanding team, and reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to a range of clients. This role is office based in Lake House, Port Solent.

Role Responsibilities

As a Family Solicitor, you will manage your own diverse caseload effectively and efficiently. You will provide sound, professional advice to clients regarding:

• Finances
• Children
• Separation
• Domestic abuse

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience and a professional, client-first approach. They will possess sound knowledge and expertise in family law, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills in a friendly, professional, and confidential manner. The role suits positive, flexible individuals who remain calm under pressure and embody the ethos of the firm.

Necessary qualifications and experience include:

• Qualified solicitor status in England and Wales or qualified Legal Executive.
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in family law.
