We are currently recruiting for a talented individual to join our first class, Court of Protection team.

Role Overview

We are seeking candidates with experience in the Court of Protection, including drafting applications for the appointment of deputies for property and affairs, as well as working on statutory will applications, gift and care applications, and managing annual OPG accounts. Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and experience with property purchases are also desirable.

The role offers opportunities to delegate tasks to paralegals and support staff, participate in marketing initiatives, contribute to blogs and media commentary, produce complex legal documents, lead client meetings, and manage negotiations.
