Job summary

Lipson Lloyd Jones represents a leading, award-winning law firm in seeking a Senior/Principal Associate Solicitor with 6+ PQE to join the defendant professional indemnity team in Construction Insurance. The role is flexible on location and can be based in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Norwich.

You will handle professional indemnity and commercial litigation matters, advise insurers on construction coverage, and benefit from hybrid/flexible working and clear opportunities for long-term

THE ROLE

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Senior/Principal Associate Solicitor 6 + PQE to join a leading defendant professional indemnity team. The role will sit in the growing Construction Insurance team, part of the firm's national Insurance Disputes team

You will be acting for construction professionals including; architects, engineers, contractors and specialist consultants.

The role can be based in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester or Norwich

THE CANDIDATE

You will have a strong background in professional indemnity and/or commercial litigation. You will have gained experience in private practice (preferably at a large regional or City Law firm) or, alternatively, in-house with a major insurer

Candidates are expected to have solid experience advising insurers on construction coverage
