Frasia Wright Associates in Glasgow seeks a Solicitor to join its Commercial Dispute Resolution Team. You will handle a range of disputes including insolvency litigation and property matters in Sheriff Courts, Court of Session and Lands Tribunal.

You will act for insolvency practitioners, directors, lenders and other stakeholders, and contribute to developing a busy caseload within a specialist litigation practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in the UK
• Experience in commercial disputes, insolvency litigation or property litigation preferred

Responsabilités

• Handle a wide range of commercial disputes, including insolvency and property litigation.
• Act for insolvency practitioners, directors, lenders and other stakeholders in formal insolvencies.
• Manage property litigation for landlords and tenants in various tribunals and courts.
