Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Glasgow is recruiting a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. You will manage a varied caseload with a strong emphasis on debt recovery and broader commercial disputes, handling matters from an early stage with a degree of autonomy.

The role offers a supportive, down-to-earth environment with hybrid working and clear progression opportunities. We welcome solicitors with around 2–4 years’ PQE and provide confidential discussions with partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years PQE in commercial litigation
• Debt recovery experience not essential if solid litigation background
• Comfortable appearing in court

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, with emphasis on debt recovery
• Assist on broader commercial disputes including contract disputes and shipping litigation
