Frasia Wright Associates in Glasgow seeks a Solicitor to join its Commercial Dispute Resolution Team. You will handle a range of disputes including insolvency litigation and property matters in Sheriff Courts, Court of Session and Lands Tribunal.

You will act for insolvency practitioners, directors, lenders and other stakeholders, and contribute to developing a busy caseload within a specialist litigation practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in the UK
• Experience in commercial disputes, insolvency litigation or property litigation preferred

This growing law firm is currently recruiting a Solicitor to join its Commercial Dispute Resolution Team. You will be involved in a range of interesting work which will include property and contractual disputes, insolvency litigation and debt recovery in the Sheriff Courts, Court of Session and Lands Tribunal. Your duties will include:

• You will be involved in a wide range of commercial disputes, specifically within insolvency and property litigation.
• Acting for insolvency practitioners, directors, lenders and other stakeholders in formal insolvencies.
• Handling property litigation for both landlords and tenants, as well as residential, commercial and industrial matters.
