Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive - Property Litigation

Lester Aldridge has an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Property Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (2–6 years PQE) to join our expert team in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-value, complex property disputes in a well-established and supportive team, with excellent prospects for career development.

Your Responsibilities

Case Management: Handle your own caseload of contentious property matters, while also assisting senior lawyers with more complex and strategic disputes.

Legal Advisory: Advise clients on a full range of real property and landlord and tenant issues, including restrictive covenants, easements, trespass, lease renewals, breaches of covenant, rent and service charge recovery, and property-related insolvency.

Client Relationships: Work closely with clients across sectors, offering commercially sound, pragmatic legal solutions.

Document Preparation: Draft and review pleadings, correspondence, witness statements and instructions to counsel.

Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Business Development: Assist with marketing initiatives and help grow the team’s profile, both internally and externally.

Experience: 2–6 years PQE in property litigation, with experience of handling your own caseload and assisting on larger matters.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of property law and litigation procedures. Confident in drafting and advocacy preparation.

Professionalism: A commercial outlook, with a client-focused mindset and high standards of service delivery.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Motivation: A proactive and ambitious approach, with a willingness to contribute to business development and team growth.
