Job summary

DWF LLP in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our busy team from any regional office with hybrid working.

You will advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including TUPE, restructures, and corporate transactions, while building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of employment matters including TUPE, restructures, contracts, policies, disciplinary and grievance matters, and senior exits.
• Support Corporate and Commercial teams on employment aspects of transactions and M&A.
• Manage employment tribunal matters from inception to conclusion.
• Build strong client relationships and provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice.
• Support junior colleagues and contribute to business development activities.

Responsibilities

What will help you succeed in this role?

• EssentialQualified Solicitor with experience in Employment Law.
• Experience gained within a national, international or well-regarded regional practice would be advantageous.
• Strong experience in employment law and advising employer clients.
• Experience managing their own caseload.
• Employment tribunal and dispute management experience.
• Experience advising on TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
• A commercial, collaborative approach and excellent organisational skills.
