Job summary

DWF is seeking Employment Lawyers to explore opportunities across Scotland, the UK and internationally, with hybrid working and openings in Edinburgh or Glasgow.

You will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising on TUPE, restructures, contracts and policies, and supporting employment aspects of transactions and M&A. You will build strong client relationships and deliver pragmatic, commercially focused advice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in Employment Law.
• Strong experience in employment law and advising employer clients.
• Experience managing their own caseload.
• Employment tribunal and dispute management experience.
• Experience advising on TUPE and employment aspects of corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills.
• A commercial, collaborative approach and excellent organisational skills.

Responsibilities
