  • Representing the organisation at court, tribunal and other hearings where required

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to improving legal processes, support knowledge sharing across the organisation and work closely with senior leaders on complex matters.

About You
  • A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a current practising certificate
  • Ideally 3+ years' PQE with recent experience in social housing law
  • Experienced advising housing providers, local authorities or social housing clients in private practice
  • Confident managing a complex caseload with minimal supervision
  • Experienced in both contentious and non-contentious housing matters
  • Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and translating legal advice into practical solutions
  • Experienced in court and tribunal advocacy

Experience with wider property matters, data protection, regeneration or development work would be advantageous.
