An established industry player is seeking a skilled solicitor with over 4 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate Finance. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work within a market-leading team in Edinburgh, engaging with a diverse range of clients from FTSE 100 companies to SMEs. You will be involved in significant transactions across various sectors, including technology and energy. This is a full-time, permanent position within our market-leading Corporate Finance practice group in Edinburgh/Glasgow.
Our Corporate Finance team is highly prominent in Scotland, working with leading domestic and international companies, investment banks, fund managers, and private equity houses on major transactions across the UK and beyond. Our clients range from FTSE 100 companies to smaller AIM companies, including large international groups, private equity-backed businesses, and owner-managed SMEs. We also serve third sector bodies such as universities and local authorities.
Sector specialisms include technology, fintech, energy (renewables and Oil & Gas), and food and drink.
The role involves close collaboration with teams in Restructuring & Business Advisory, Real Estate, Banking, and Share Schemes.
We are seeking a solicitor with 4+ years PQE, preferably with direct transactional experience in Corporate Finance in a qualified role.
