Qualifications

• Newly Qualified to 3 years PQE as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
• Open to solicitors from other areas interested in retraining into commercial litigation.
• Northwest-based role with hybrid working (Wigan/Liverpool).

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters with supervision.
• Assist with disputes involving contractual issues, commercial agreements, and financial obligations.
• Handle debt recovery and asset finance litigation for commercial clients.
• Draft legal documents, letters of claim, pleadings, and other court documentation.
• Support insolvency, enforcement, asset recovery, and other commercial disputes.
• Work towards resolving disputes through negotiation, settlements, and ADR.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure deadlines and procedures are met.
