Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Monmouth, involving a mix of office and remote work. The Solicitor will manage a diverse caseload, providing legal advice in all areas of private client and trusts. This will include day to day matters such as wills and powers of attorney to more complicated probate and tax planning. Day-to-day tasks include drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, attending client meetings, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. The Solicitor will also need to maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
