Job summary

eNL Recruitment is seeking an Employment Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE to join a leading regional firm in Leicester. You will handle complex employment matters, advise both employers and employees, and contribute to strategic solutions for a diverse client base.

The role covers contracts, policies, TUPE, redundancy and termination, tribunal representation, and drafting of settlement agreements. You will build strong client relationships, support business development, and develop within a Tier 1

Qualifications

• 2–5 years PQE in employment law, with experience advising both employers and employees.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Ability to handle complex cases and provide strategic advice.
• Proven client relationship management and business development potential.

Responsibilities
