A Legal 500 firm in Guildford is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their highly regarded and busy team.

You will be working with leading individuals and key lawyers in the field on high profile work.

Responsibilities:

- Handle a diverse range of cases involving freehold and leasehold, sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, first time buyers, right to buy etc.

- Provide support to other fee-earners with queries on matters and support the growth of paralegals and trainees

Requirements:

- A qualified solicitor with ideally 2-4 years of PQE, but they are open to various levels of PQE

- Proven expertise in conveyancing matters

- Committed to delivering high-quality legal services and maintaining the department's reputation for excellence

You will receive benefits as follows:

- 2 days working from home, 3 days in office
