Job summary

GMP Recruitment Agency Limited is partnering with a well-established law firm in Ledbury to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer. You will manage a varied caseload from instruction through to post-completion and deliver a seamless, client-focused service.

Applications are welcome from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced non-qualified Fee Earners with a proven residential conveyancing background.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Ability to manage files from instruction to completion with client care focus.
• Qualified status in SOLICITORS, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction to post-completion.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, brokers and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Provide high-quality service while maintaining professional standards.

Ledbury | Office Based with 1 Day Working from Home | Up to £60,000 DOE

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for the opportunity to make your mark within a growing and ambitious law firm?

As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to become a key part of their long-term success.

Whether you're a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX or an experienced non-qualified Fee Earner, if you have a proven background managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, we'd love to hear from you.

You’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, delivering a seamless service to clients whilst maintaining the highest professional standards.

Your caseload will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers and lenders
• Providing a high-quality, personable service throughout the transaction

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has at least 5 years' experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Confident managing files from instruction to completion
• Has excellent client care and communication skills
• Is organised, proactive and able to prioritise a busy workload
• Enjoys building strong relationships with clients and referrers
• Is committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience

Qualifications are welcomed but not essential. Applications are encouraged from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced non-qualified Conveyancers with a strong track record.
