Your Role and What You'll Be Doing
You’ll join Kirsty MacMillan’s Public Law and HumanRights team in Birmingham /West Midlands as a solicitor experienced inCourt of Protection welfare law. You will manage your own caseload andsupervise junior colleagues. Additionally, you will play a crucialrole in further developing the team’s established reputation andactively participate in business development.
You’ll have theopportunity to engage with an interesting and diverse caseload fromthe start, playing a key part in securing justice for our clients andmaking a real difference in their lives. You’ll need the confidence tohit the ground running and the ability to work independently on issuedcases. Given the nature of the work, you’ll work with vulnerableclients, making your role highly rewarding. However, you’ll need to beresilient and calm, always prioritising your clients' needs.
