Job summary
Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a unique agricultural manufacturing site in the UK. You will be the sole engineer on site, responsible for maintenance across irrigation systems, pumps, motors, and heating, with a focus on reliability and a smooth handover from the retiring engineer.

Qualifications
- Multi-skilled maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing/agricultural settings.
- Strong mechanical maintenance and fault-finding abilities.
- Experience with reactive and preventative maintenance.
- Engineering qualification in mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled discipline.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on site across irrigation, motors, pumps and heating.
- Take ownership as the sole engineer on site and drive reliability improvements.
- Work with the Growing Manager and learn from the senior engineer through a handover.
- Support transition to preventative maintenance and reduce downtime.
