Job summary

DTC | A Codan Company in Whiteley, UK seeks a Soldier Systems Product Manager with a strong background in dismounted and mounted communications, edge compute, IP networking and mission applications. You will be part of the CTO Office, reporting to the VP Soldier Systems, and manage a dedicated product family across DTC and third-party products.

You will own business cases, capture requirements, pricing, GTM and lifecycle management, interfacing with end users, Sales, Engineering and Marketing to

Qualifications

• Experience in product management within Soldier Systems or defence domains.
• Knowledge of military standards and compliance.
• Experience with RF/electronics lab testing equipment.
• Strong customer-facing and commercial awareness.
• Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own product family roadmaps and GTM timelines.
• Create business cases and perform financial analysis (NPV, IRR, payback).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Marketing for PM deliverables.
• Develop datasheets, website product pages, and product catalog entries.
• Present technology to internal and external stakeholders.
• Review bids and proposals for technical input.
