They deliver innovative, cost-effective products and services that help customers reduce energy bills, improve building performance, and lower carbon emissions. With a strong commitment to sustainability, over 80% of materials used come from recycled or renewable sources. As part of their continued growth, the business is expanding its solar division and looking for a dynamic leader to help drive performance and progress.
As Solar Sales Manager, you'll be at the heart of the business's solar strategy. You will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing commercial opportunities, and supporting senior leadership with strategic input. Based full-time at the company's Wokingham HQ, you'll oversee both domestic and commercial sales operations, manage a team of sales professionals, and drive new business opportunities. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a performance-led, purpose-driven environment.
You're a natural leader with a proven background in sales management, ideally with at least 10 years' experience. You know how to build and inspire teams, deliver against KPIs, and create a strong commercial pipeline. While experience in the renewables or construction sector is a bonus, it's your strategic thinking, communication skills, and ability to bring in new business that really sets you apart. You'll be on-site Monday to Friday, so being within commuting distance to Wokingham and holding a full UK driving licence is essential.
