Job summary

Keenan Solar in North London is looking for an ambitious person to join our growing sales team. You'll receive hands-on training in solar, battery storage, system design and sales, working directly with our lead surveyor and the business owner.

No prior solar or sales experience is required. This entry-level role offers a £25,000 base salary plus commission, with the potential to earn £50,000+ once targets are met, and a clear route into a solar sales consultant or surveyor role.

Qualifications

• No previous solar or sales experience required.
• Starting or changing career in sales is welcome.
• Keen to learn and comfortable speaking with customers.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers who enquired about solar and battery storage.
• Help prepare system designs and quotations.
• Support surveyors with customer information and proposals.
• Follow up customers after video surveys or quotes.
• Book calls and appointments for the sales team.
• Keep customer records and follow-up tasks up to date.
• Take on more responsibility as confidence and skills grow.
