Know How Resourcing in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Executive to help customers find the right solar panel and battery storage solutions for their homes. You’ll speak to warm leads, understand needs, and guide them to a tailored solution.

No prior solar experience is required; full training will be provided. If you’re money-motivated, target-driven and enjoy talking to customers, this role offers uncapped earnings and a clear path in the growing renewable energy sector.

Qualifications

• Genuine sales ability and a positive attitude are essential.
• Drive to achieve and exceed sales targets and deliver results.
• Experience in solar or renewables is not required; training will be provided.

Responsabilités

• Handle warm sales leads from initial enquiry to close.
• Understand customer requirements and property specifics to tailor solutions.
• Develop tailored solar and battery storage options using in-house software.
• Close sales by presenting solutions, overcoming objections and answering questions.
• Follow up opportunities, manage pipeline and maintain accurate records.
• Build trust with customers and deliver a positive sales experience throughout the process.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets and continuously improve results.
• Collaborate with team and share ideas in a high-energy sales environment.
