About the Role

Solare Light is looking for ambitious, self-driven individuals ready to step into the high-earning world of solar sales. This is a remote, commission-based sales position with uncapped earning potential—perfect for go-getters who want to control their income.

You'll be reaching out to homeowners who’ve expressed interest in solar panel installations. We provide inbound leads, but your success will come from your willingness to take initiative, make cold calls, and close deals with confidence.

What You Can Earn

• $1,500 per closed sale

• Monthly bonuses for top sales agents

• Referral bonuses when you bring others onto the team

• One sale a day = $33,000/month (working weekdays only!)

What You’ll Do

• Contact homeowners interested in solar energy (inbound + outbound)

• Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and our solutions

• Manage your sales pipeline and follow up with leads

• Coordinate with our certified installer network to schedule installations

• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidence with every lead

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and confident communicators

• Comfortable making cold calls and working independently
