Software Sales Consultant – Cloud Transformation (Remote, UK)

We’re looking for a driven Software Sales Consultant to join a growing team focused on helping dental practices across the UK transition from legacy on-premise systems to a cutting-edge cloud-based platform. If you're passionate about SaaS, thrive in a consultative sales environment, and love solving real operational challenges for clients, this could be a great fit.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading sales conversations with existing customers to support their migration to a modern, cloud-based practice management platform.
  • Uncovering customer needs through deep discovery and using insights to reframe their thinking.
  • Delivering product demos that clearly highlight workflow improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Managing expectations and guiding customers through technical and operational differences between platforms.
  • Owning 30–40+ qualified sales opportunities monthly, with support from SDRs, Customer Success, and Tech Support teams.

? What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong consultative sales skills, you ask the right questions and sell with insight.
  • Experience in longer, complex sales cycles
  • Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology or a similar insight-driven approach.
  • Self-starter mindset, fast-paced, independent, and not reliant on heavy structure or micromanagement.
  • Background in SaaS or tech sales preferred.

  • You’re not an order-taker, you challenge the status quo and bring real commercial value.
