Solar PV Project Manager Overview

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of solar PV projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the solar PV market segment, including utility-scale, commercial, and residential projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
• Develop strategic proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our solar PV solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Conduct client consultations, site visits, and presentations to understand project requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive relationships and foster repeat business

Solar PV Project Manager Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV project management, including demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the renewable energy industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, including design principles, installation practices, and regulatory requirements

• £50,000 Basic with potential of £80,000 OTE
