Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week

Eco2Solar is pleased to announce a new opportunity for the right candidate to join the UK's largest and most successful Solar PV installer as a Lead Solar PV Installer, based in our Glasgow office and covering Scotland.

About the role

We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installer Leads to join Eco2 Solar, leading two-person teams across Scotland. You will ensure exceptional quality and customer service for new build residential and commercial solar PV installations, including flat and pitched roofs. You will collaborate with our skilled Solar PV electricians, traveling across Scotland and occasionally Northern England.

Your responsibilities include adhering to high health, safety, and quality standards, and actively promoting a positive safety culture. Working with our Installations Manager, you will contribute to training and upskilling Solar PV Installation Labourers. At Eco2 Solar, we emphasize clear expectations and feedback to support team growth, avoiding micromanagement or excessive KPIs.
