About the role

We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installer Leads to join Eco2 Solar, leading two-person teams across Scotland. You will ensure high-quality installation and customer service for residential and commercial solar PV projects, including flat and pitched roofs. The role involves traveling across Scotland and occasionally Northern England to complete installations.

Your responsibilities include maintaining high health, safety, and quality standards, and promoting a positive safety culture. Working with our Installations Manager, you will also assist in training and upskilling Solar PV Labourers. Eco2 Solar emphasizes clear expectations and constructive feedback to support team development, avoiding micromanagement and excessive KPIs.
