Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 FTE plus benefits, depending on experience

Hours: Monday-Friday 40 Hours per week

Eco2Solar is pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Lead Solar PV Installer to join the UK's largest and most successful Solar PV installer. The role is based in our Glasgow office and covers Scotland.

About the role

We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installer Leads to join Eco2 Solar, leading two-person teams across Scotland. As a key member of our installation team, you will ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service for residential and commercial solar PV installations, including flat and pitched roofs. You will collaborate with our skilled Solar PV electricians, traveling across Scotland and occasionally Northern England.

Your responsibilities include maintaining high health, safety, and quality standards and promoting a positive safety culture. Working with our Installations Manager, you will also help train and upskill Solar PV Labourers. At Eco2 Solar, we value clear expectations and feedback to support our team members' growth, avoiding micromanagement and excessive KPIs.
